What to expect: Fresh Squeeze will provide all of your meals for three days in a row, consisting of fresh pressed juices, macro-nutrient balanced smoothies and salads. This plan ensures energy levels remain high and your nutritional requirements are exceed during your cleanse. Each day will also include personal instruction, nutritional education and a dose of inspiration. Cost: $175.

What to expect: Fresh Squeeze provides individuals an initial intake form to understand current diet/lifestyle and align on goals. After initial consultation, Fresh Squeeze will formulate an optimized plan and review in full detail. Individuals will walk away with a 10 day meal plan and weekly follow calls for 30 days. Cost: $250.
